Rules/Regulations/Disclaimer 

  • All King George County laws and all regulations of King George High School must be followed. (i.e. No smoking, no tobacco of any kind, no vaping, no e-cigarettes, no firearms, no weapons, no alcohol, and no drugs allowed on school grounds).
  • Do NOT park in FIRE lanes. Vehicles WILL BE towed at your expense.
  • After unloading park your vehicle where Event Coordinator has specified.
  • Participants are encouraged to bring wagon or dollies to move their items.
  • Live animals are NOT allowed on school grounds unless pre- approved by the KGFF Committee.
    No open flames or fueled equipment allowed inside the school building.
  • No tents or canopies allowed inside the school building.
  • No resale items allowed (unless pre-approved by Event Coordinator).
  • Do NOT change assigned space without prior approval of Event Coordinator.
  • Do NOT block doorways.
  • Do NOT leave FIRE doors open, they MUST remain closed (except when entering/exiting).
     Do NOT hide/cover FIRE extinguishers.
  • Tables are reserved, preferably with submission of Registration Form, and will be given out at check-in. ● Do NOT just take any table. If a table is needed, there will be an additional charge and you must wait until all reserved tables have been distributed. Tables will be provided until supply runs out-1st come 1st served.
    Chairs are NOT provided by KGFF committee or school. Participants are to provide their own chairs. ● Do NOT take a chair from someone else’s booth/space. Ensure chairs are clearly marked with your name and/or company.
  • There is LIMITED electrical access. Electrical access will be assigned by Event Coordinator-1st come 1st served. ● Participants are to provide their own approved heavy duty electrical cords. Do NOT piggy back. All items must be displayed within confines of assigned space.
  • Do NOT use nails, screws or similar items on the walls, ceiling or floors.
  • Event coordinator and staff reserve the right to remove offensive or illegal items.
  • Aisles must remain clear of clutter.
  • Keep storage boxes under your table or in your vehicle.
  • Payments of taxes from items sold are responsibility of seller.
  • Vendor/Seller is to handle all financial responsibilities due King George County with regards to business license &/or taxes.
  • Do NOT tear down before 4 p.m. Leaving or tearing down before 4 p.m. will cancel future participation.
     Rules are not limited to this list. Rulings will be decided by the Event Coordinator and/or KGFF Committee.
     Registration fee is non-refundable (unless approved by Event Coordinator and/or KGFF committee).

Adherence to the above Rules/Regulations is required. Noncompliance could lead to your removal from this event and  cancel any invitation or participation in future events.

Registrant agrees to comply with all rules & regulations as set forth by the KGFF organizers,   their agents and assigns and agrees to hold harmless such organizers, agents, and assigns from any and all claims,  damages, or other charges related to registrant’s participation in this event. 

Registrant understands and agrees that it is solely liable for any and all claims arising from 

damage, theft, personal injury, etc. that might result from its participation in the KGFF
